Program Provisions

StarPath is not for everyone. It’s for those who have earned a second chance through accountability, compliance, and humility. Each candidate must meet every one of the following provisions:

  • A THC/Marijuana Clearinghouse violation only
  • Successful SAP completion and full compliance documentation
  • No accidents, tickets, or OOS violations within the last 3 years
  • Completion of the Star Behaviors Behavioral Assessment for Truck Drivers, confirming alignment with the Qualities, Core Values, and Behaviors required of professional drivers
  • A series of in-depth accountability interviews confirming truthfulness, personal responsibility, and readiness to rebuild their career

Only those who demonstrate integrity, humility, and accountability advance through the process.

The StarPath Process

  1. Behavioral Verification – Every applicant completes the Star Behaviors Assessment, ensuring alignment with top-performing driver traits.
  2. Accountability Interviews – Multiple conversations validate mindset, honesty, and long-term commitment.
  3. Carrier Partnership – Qualified drivers are matched with StarPath Partner Carriers who believe in second chances done right.
  4. 90-Day Support Program – Both the driver and carrier receive ongoing follow-up and behavioral guidance to ensure retention, performance, and mutual success.
